Google Ads API Use

Disclosure for reviewers and users — last updated August 26, 2026

Purpose

Mucers uses the Google Ads API to help Amazon brand sellers plan and review Google Search advertising. The software serves internal operators and authorized Amazon brand advertising managers. It is not a self-serve bidding robot.

What we access

CapabilityAccess typePurpose
Keyword PlannerRead-onlyKeyword ideas, search volume, and forecasts for planning
Reports (SearchStream)Read-onlyCost, click, impression, and conversion data for attribution and profit analysis
Validate-only requestsValidate onlyPre-flight validation of prepared request packages; nothing is created
Mutations (campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords)Manual approval requiredOnly after an authorized operator approves an execution package

Automatic apply is disabled

Automatic apply is disabled by design. The system never enables or mutates Google Ads resources on its own. All generated campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords remain in planning or paused states until a human approves them. Validate-only output is never treated as a successful creation.

Who uses it and for which accounts

Primary users are internal operators and authorized Amazon brand advertising managers, acting only on Google Ads accounts they are authorized to manage. OAuth authorization is completed by the account holder through Google's consent screen.

Data protection

Developer tokens, OAuth client secrets, and refresh tokens are stored only in AWS Secrets Manager or equivalent encrypted storage, and never appear in logs, exports, pages, or messages. See our Privacy Policy for collection, retention, and deletion details.
